Predictive Modeling and Machine Learning

We strive to significantly improve lives through the cutting edge implications of artificial intelligence. Predictive models provide insight from the complex patterns and correlations found in our rich and massive data.

We evaluate populations with certain diseases, disease manifestations or outcomes, and retrospectively identify early signs of those diseases or indicators of those outcomes. These early markers are then combined in a predictive model to produce an individualized risk score, which can be tested as a highly sensitive and specific tool for flagging individuals at highest risk.

These models are employed by Clalit’s healthcare managers to identify clinical subgroups of patients at-risk that are then proactively approached by Clalit’s frontline clinical teams to allow for preventive measures to be taken. They are also used in resource and program planning, such as for vaccine outreach targeting or innovative patient selection.
